The most rude / arrogant counter staff in any post office I have visited. Some serious retraining required with regards to basic customer service. No wonder Royal Mail is in trouble. Save your time and effort and use another service like Evri.

I visit this store a lot shopping and use royal mail post and have never been disappointed. However today came across a member of staff who was rude, arrogant and full of attitude. I clearly told her what's inside my parcel I'm sending but she wanted to know what kind of product was inside and when I said I don't know she said she can't take it and said if she can open it and see what's inside, seriously. She definitely need a lot of costumer service training and specially in a post office and knowledge of how to assist a customer I had to leave the store without posting my post took it to a nearby post and yes I certainly did not have stupid questions.
